We had so much fun planning the iHeartMedia summit in conjunction with Warner Music Nashville and Sony. We kept it casual, but fun, with upscale-bar snacks and desserts, while both labels introduced their newest talent!

Warner’s showcase consisted of a high-energy performance by “High Valley.” Nashville’s darling and 2016-Grammy nominee, Brandy Clark, wrapped it up with performances from her upcoming album!

After a quick set change, Sony’s artists were ready to rock! We gave a special tribute to one of the guys of “LANco,” who used to work at a hotdog stand, by bringing in a local vendor to serve some of the best “dogs” in Nashville. Maren Morris ended the evening with a jaw-dropping performance!

We loved partnering with iHeartMedia, Warner and Sony!

BMLG After Party

Every year when the CMA Post party planning begins, the creative juices start flowing in the Randi Events office. Always trying to top our own events, and surprise our clients, we try and think of new a creative ways to host the infamous CMA after parties.

This year when we met with Big Machine Label Group we wanted to not just have an amazing party, but create an experience for all who attended. This year BMLG hosted a fun filled After Party at Rosewall and turned the space into a Mid Summers Night Dream styled event. Vintage furniture, ficus trees all around, and a very special performance from The Mavericks made it a night to remember.

“Warner Wednesday” – Warner Music Nashville CRS 2015

For the past fifteen years, Randi has had the privilege to work with Warner
Music Nashville to produce outstanding events, this year’s CRS party was no
different.

For the second consecutive year “Warner Wednesday” was held in
the gulch at The Rosewall. With an open mingling cocktail party in mind, we
designed the room to be just that, cool, modern/vintage and conversation
accessible. We drew inspiration from the 1920’s, utilizing jewel tones,
golds, and parsley. Custom cabanas were used for guests to sit back, kick
their feet up and enjoy the night. Oh, and we can’t forget the lighting! An
antique mirror faceted pendant hung over the dessert display, gold metal
shades and antique star pendants lit our lounges and cast the perfect mood.
Our swoon-worthy furniture was handpicked and styled to perfection. Guests
were treated to delectable hors d’oeuvres and sipped champagne and custom
cocktails while mingling with some of country’s hottest stars. We can’t wait
for our next Warner event!

CMA Awards 2014 – BMLG

This year, the Big Machine Label Group CMA After Party was held at The Rosewall. The event décor was in a brand new style than previous years, and featured most of the label’s roster at the event. For this event we worked with several different sponsors such as Crown Royal that showcased their new whiskey. Guests at this event had a grand time!
